Ruby Stella and Samuel (jnr) JONES were on electoral roll 1981 (- last available for online viewing) residing at Upper Hutt.  (Can't see records for them at local cemetery, which might give name of a funeral director for more information -- have yet to check churchyards).

Seems Ruby Stella and Samuel possibly had a son (who appears at same address as them in later electoral rolls.)
Need to check further for this man who is possibly still living (though doesn't appear to be listed in current telephone directory. )

Ruby Stella Jones death date was the 13th June 1986 and cremated on the 18th June 1986.  Looks like it was a family member that was the applicant.
