I am looking for a marriage for

Richard Austin and a Frances about 1669

Their children were baptised in Cowden but do not not where Richard or Frances was from.

There is a marriage in 1663 in Penshurst (about 5 miles from Cowden)

Richard Austen mar. Frances Turley 24 Sept 1663

which can be seen online at~

Thanks Claire for the info on Richard AUSTEN's marriage, I have never found it in COWDEN. Richard AUSTEN (married c1653) is my 8g-grandfather, I am descended from his son, William b 1671).
