Oletta,  Just before one gets to the lovely village of Netherton, there is a housing estate,
there is a cemetery right at the back of the estate.

it's long while since I was there, so cant remember anything much about it,
only that I did not unearth any of my Ancestors.

Just to help you locate the cemetery: Heading west from the Red Lion roundabout, turn left at the road on the left just before the Ridge Farm pub. Follow the road as it bends round to the right, and the cemetery is on your left after the school entrance. There are some burials in the churchyard of St Cuthberts too.

Hello dolly dimples, Skida and JenB

Thank you all very much for replying to my request for the location of Bedlington Cemetery.
It seems I drove through Bedlington but was unable to find the cemetery so will have to make a return trip sometime.

Thank once again

Regards
Oletta

There's an excellent list accessed via genuki which lists the registration districts in Northumberland, shows when they were abolished/created and if you click on any of them, tells you which places were included and when
