Repair Damaged Colour Photo

Can anyone improve this please? It's the only early colour photo of my mother-in-law who sadly passed away on Monday and it has been badly damaged by damp.

Here are two from me - one cleanup of the original, and one recoloured.  Not as good as I would have liked, sorry  :-\ ;)
