COMPLETED - Italy - Molise Region
« on: Saturday 09 June 12 01:21 BST (UK) »
I am looking to find out where Pesco Antilia is. It is around Pesco della Messa, Frosolone, Macchiagodena area.

Failing that, could anyone tell me, would Pesco Antilia more likely be a name of a mountain/hill or of a family farm/small holding please?

Thanks very much.

Thank you replying and for the links carinthiangirl :) Have you ever heard of another mountain or location called Pesco Antilia?

If you look deeply into the palm of your hand, you will see your parents and all generations of your ancestors. All of them are alive in this moment. Each is present in your body. You are the continuation of each of these people. (Thich Nhat Hanh)

itīs far away south of Pesco della Messa in Campagna-area and province Salerno. i thought it should be close to Pesco della Messa - there is no connection to it.

to the theme stated in another forum about "a name of a farmhouse". this is usual in the area of the Alps like Austria, Germany, Switzerland.......in Italy like northern Province Trentino-Alto Adige, which was once austrian. not usual in Italy directly and specially not in the areas south of this northern part of Italy.

That's great - so at least I know that I am looking for a mountain/peak in the Frosolone area which helps a lot.
