COMPLETED WITH THANKS - for this old family photograph please.

I would be grateful if this old photograph could be restored and dated. The backside of the mount is blank except for illegible writing in pencil. The size of the mount is 6cm X 9.8cm, and the picture size is 5.8cm X 8.8cm. Thank you. :)
