Decipher Intriguing 16th Century text please

Hello all; please find attached a picture of some text I would love deciphered. It is in the margin of some other text I believe is contemporary and I believe both are late 16th Century, but I'm no expert. Not shown and to the right, in the same hand are the words..In the name of God Amen. Is this some kind of jotted down will? I can make out some 'the's and 'shall's and I think there is a name Robt. Paston? I would dearly love to get to the bottom of this, Cheers Sol

Imprimis It is covenanted and agreed? Between the said p(ar)tyes that the said Robert Parker? Shall have houlde ?  ?  the waters ? with the bankes and the close
......

I think it reads something like:

Imprimis it is covenanted
and agreed between the said
p[ar]tyes that the saied Robt Parker
shall have hould  ?   and
eioye [=enjoy?] the water mylne withe the
Bankes and the slope whereon it standeth
and one other  ?   of [viij?] acrys next
aioyned [=adjoined?] with all profit[es] and remedys

Beaten to the post !    I agree that close is more likely than slope and it goes on about another close (probably adjoining?)

I agree it's close.

I'd also add the missing word in Roger's transcription is 'occupy'.

Roger, Freckneale and Bristologgerheads thanks very much. We seem to be getting somewhere. This writing is in the margin on a blank page in a bible from circa 1580. Why would it be there?And what is it still?
I thought I could see the word slope as well. Many thanks again, Sol
PS Do you think this is secretary hand and if so is this text contemporary with the bible?
