Hi , can anyone tell me who was residing at and address in Cardiff in 1911, the address i.m seeking is 21 railway street splott cardiff, and can I get the council register of electors for subsequent years, or do I have to physically visit cardiff. Thanking in anticipation, splottboy.

We are not allowed to look up the 1911 census -copyright etc -but you can search the free index.

If you are able to get to a library many libraries have A*****y library edition - the 1911 census is not yet complete on that site but you may find the information you are looking for
