Ballycastle
« on: Friday 25 May 12 07:51 BST (UK) »
hello can someone confirm if these places are in Ballycastle,
Milltown: is this a townland or part of the the town itself.
Gorteouny or Gortcowry (sorry just cant make out the writing on the certificate.

And one final question. If a person on a wedding certificate in 1903 is shown as a minor under the age section, what age would that mean that she was under?

Thanks for your help
Paul

Hi,
Cannot find Milltown but other townland may be GORTCONNY. A minor was under 21 years old.
