It's in Holden's London and Country Directory 1811, volume 1, which I don't think is available online other than through a subscription site. It is also available to purchase on CD. Incidentally I have just noticed a Wm Spooner, 18 Henry Street, Pentonville in the private residents directory of the same volume.

Incidentally I have just noticed a Wm Spooner, 18 Henry Street, Pentonville in the private residents directory of the same volume. So there is one section for private residents, and one for business addresses? When his Son, F W Spooner was born in 1814, he was down as being born at Henry Street, Pentonville.Does this mean that both William Spooner's might not be the same person? Or is there still a chance that they could?
