The same site also has the record of Andrew Mcgill son of Barbara Stewart and neil Mcgill going to NSW with his wife and family ... this Andrew looks likely to have been born around 1798
The image also shows full details of his family as they sailed on the ship St George and arrived in NSW on 15th November 1838.

As this was prior to civil registration there will not be any marriage certificates, the best you could hope for would be the calling of the banns or marriage record in the old parish records (opr's). If the records survivived and if the family were part of the main Church of Scotland then the records may be at Scotland's People website (a pay site  for all Scottish records). However in many cases these records often consist of a one or two line entry with little information and before you invest any money it may be advisable to check the help sections of the site to see if records have survived from that parish.

If the family were Catholic some records may survive in the Catholic archives at Scotlands People (possibly doubtful as the Andrew mentioned earlier - if a relation - describes himself as Presbyterian).

Although records of many of the so called "Secessionist" churches which split the Church of Scotland have survived this period is too early for these and in any case the records are not available online

Unfortunately on checking  it would appear that the earliest birth record for Killean & Kilchenzie in the Church of Scotland OPR's is 1762 and the earliest marriage record is 1783. There are no death records.
