Stuck in 1792 Weston Favell Parish
« on: Monday 21 May 12 00:25 BST (UK) »
l am hoping that someone can help me out please.

l have William Seaby married Ann Wallington 10 Dec 1792 both of the above parish. l would like to try and find both parents plus any children, so far l have only found one, John bap 13 Dec 1795 he married Frances Cockerill 29 Jul 1819 Northampton All Saints.

l thought by following John & Frances children l might just get some more information or clues but so far nothing has come to light so l am hoping that some kind person can get me a little further, l know the more you go back in time the harder it gets.

Many thanks

Jean

Although they married in Northants - do you have any proof they were both actually born there?

Of this parish does not necessarily mean they were both born in that parish - just that they satisfied the short residential qualifying time required to enable them to marry there (approx 3wks)

Hi Sandy,

Thanks for all the info much appreciated, l see from the children's names that one is named Palmer so l think l can take it that Palmer the elder is William Seaby's father and the other bits of info l have now fit together Palmer married Ann Ager 1763

Does your records say who was the elder Palmer's parents where and also Ann Ager they married in Hardingstone Parish Church, Palmer of Ecton Ann otp.

Also many thanks for the link for Northamptonshire/Buckinghamshire l will check it out.

You have been such a great help once again, thank you.
