Wow , so Frederick was my mothers dad's older brother . Did Frederick stay in Southampton ? have you done a DNA test . Sorry a lot of questions , but we definitely are related . Did your grandmother ever talk about this side of your family ?

Yes they stayed in Southampton and Irene had six children, my dad Ivor was the 3rd.  I have photos and more details - my email address is (*)  if you want to swap more info more easily.
Haven't done DNA yet but would like to one day.

Sorry didn't answer your questions - I never heard anything about that side of the family. I have a newspaper clipping from Fred & Bertha's 60th wedding anniversary.
Had no idea about the Irish connection either.

Hi Sorry , i just checked my tree and i think we have the wrong Frederick , mine is Frederick James Leonard Clarke born 1887 Southampton. Son to Frederick Robert Clarke . Could you check and let me know because i have seen the other Frederick J H Clarke ?
