Hi all

I am trying to find more details on a James Christopher Connell.

Her was born on 17th July 1924 in Ireland and died in 1992, Enfield District, London, England.

I have found his marriage in St Pancras, London, however I can't find anything else out about him.

I tried searching the Ireland Births but can't locate him under James or Christopher Connell/O'Connell.

Any help would be fantastic. Thank you :)

Any idea where in Ireland he might have been born? the online civil registration index goes up to 1958 for the Republic of Ireland but only up to 1921 for Northern Ireland counties.

Afraid I don't at this stage. There is a hunch it could be Antrim??

I too have searched familysearch.org but couldn't find anything.

If you think the birth was in Northern Ireland in 1924 then, as Aghadowey has said, it won’t be on-line anywhere. You would need to apply to GRONI in Belfast for a copy of the cert. http://www.nidirect.gov.uk/gro
