Can anybody help me date this photo?
« on: Wednesday 09 May 12 10:10 BST (UK) »

This is a repost as I didn't receive much response last time.

This photo just seemed to appear in my parents collection and none of us know who it is although the chap sat bottom left has a strong resemblance to my father in looks.

Can anybody help to give some idea of when it may have been taken? Note in the background there is a person stood who seems to be wearing unusual clothing, (possibly indian?)

I have also scanned the back of the photo/postcard

Thanks

Kev

This stamp box was in use from early 1900's & into the 20's.It doesn't look like 1920's as there's too much border so I would suggest pre WW1 India or Egypt.
