do the tenure books have the acreages in Irish or English measure  eg.(  1847  Co. Limerick, Castletown  CP)

It's explained here- "Land measurements Richard Griffith's Valuation shows land measurements in English acres, roods and poles (or perches)... "

I know the GV was in English measure, what I was questioning, were the tenure books , in Irish measure as the
Tithes were. the records I am seeing appear to be in Irish measure.

as far as I know the Tenure Books, along with Field & House books, were all part of the documentation generated by the survey for Griffith's valuation - so I'd imagine use the same units of measure as the valuation.
