I think she has a certificate and found it at a website. It is very odd i can't find a marriage anywhere either

Just looked at the email and it says that its on a tree she's researching
its a total mystery its weird how james doesn't appear on the 1861 census though

unfortunatly that doesnt mean it is correct
lots of tree out there with incorrect info

I think she has her wires crossed george married mary baker in
1864! The george who was born in 1838. Thats what i can think of

I think it may say for Elizabeth " Char woman and writen above that Husband has left Her "
