Roxanne - There are lots of Salford Prior baptisms on Ancestry, but unfortunately the years from about 1790 to 1801 inclusive are missing.  However, there is a baptism in 1805 of a Thomas Milward, born 21 Dec 1804, baptised 6 Jan 1805, parents John Milward and Elizabeth so it's possible that these are George's parents.  If you look at the 1851 census, you will see George Milward and his wife Jane with 9 children, 3 of whom are called, John Elizabeth and Thomas, so it looks as though they may be family names.

You will need to contact Warwickshire Archives and explain that the year you want 1801 is missing from Ancestry and would they mind looking at it for you.  With a bit of luck they'll be kind enough to have a look and confirm the parents.

Sorry that's the best I can do I can't find Jane Taylor or the marriage, but there are not many records for Gloucestershire and Worcestershire on line yet.
