i am interested to find out who lived at the above place as my 2 gt grandfather bernard williamson seemed to be there in 1901 as a farmer until his death in 1909.

The book "Rosehaugh a House of its Time" gives a good insight into the Estate, written by a group from the Avoch Heritage Association.
