Another vote for TribalPages. Doesn't matter where in the world it is - it's in cyberspace!
Just one or two caveats: make sure you don't accidentally put in people with the wrong gender. If you goof, there's no way to change gender - you have to totally delete the person record and start again.
Also, beware of what does and does not print on reports. Eg you may want to create a custom event for each census so that they appear on descendant reports etc.
The gedcom download option works really well, so you can load the file into other software for deduplication, checking and other processing.
Be aware that unlike some other sites TribalPages doesn't give you access to any BMD, census or other records - but it
does tell you when someone else on the site has the same person in their tree, and put you in touch with them.
