Unknown Man need approx year

This is a photo of a family member we think! He was found on the farm in Ireland we do not know whether it was taken in Ireland or in New York what I need to know what is the approx date so we can eliminate men in the family Thank you

Can we see the whole photo please - surround and back (if there's anything on the back).  Men are very hard to date and the extra info might help.  I would put him in the early 20th century at the moment but not sure exactly when.

This is all I have the photo was sent to me from Momeen Craig Ireland by a 3rd cousin I'm in NSW it was in a shoe box I know there was nothing on the back what you see is all I have I just thought that some of the clever people out there might notice the coat he is wearing or have an idea I hav ealready cleaned it up There is nothing else I can add
