Elias 1862 and Ernest 1864 were born so close together according to the 1881 UK Census and the names could be inter-changeable  ??? makes you wonder if Elias was really Elias or was he Ernest using the name Elias  ??? Who was the Elias that married in 1882 ? Haven't quite worked that one out yet  ???
