BRADSHAW inform the registrar of Archibald's birth and name Philip Henry as Henry and Agnes Rosa Ann SMITH as Annie. I can only post the information as was given to me. I do not have the certificates. There won't be versions of certificates. Perhaps have another look at your copy...it should have Ballarat Street, Melbourne and informant James
