Sky email *COMPLETED*

I don't know whether it's in order to ask about SKY email on here, but here goes ...

The email system has changed its appearance today, and I can't find out how to get to the stuff in my Trash Bin.

Has anyone conquered that problem?

just had a peep.
to delete click on the message you wish to delete and new window opens with all the original icons, just click on the dustbin icon.

The problem might be that I'm using Firefox.

I found that, if I use IE instead, then all the familiar Sent email / Bin / Drafts appear as usual.

To get them to appear in what you were using before IE try clicking on the little black box towards the bottom of the page on the left hand side. Or just login to your email via this link instead:

Yesterday morning, the options Sent / Drafts / Spam / Bin reappeared using Firefox, as if by magic.

May be teething problems with the new SKY email system.
