Hi,
You may be able to find the approximate location by using the 1871, or other, census. In planning the collection of data each enumerator was given a very specific area to cover. Within that, if you are lucky, you may get a walking route. If you are using Ancestry, above the census page itself, is, in small print, "Worcestershire > Belbroughton > District 8". Click on District 8. Ancestry will then find a block of district automatically, select View Description of District.
If you don't get an exact placement of Giles House, you could try another census.
I've just had a look at the 1871 for Sam. Boucher and there is a group of named houses on the form. Go to Google Maps and find Belbroughton. Find Dark Lane off the end of the High Street, in the village. Now make your way to the other end of Dark Lane where it meets the A491 Stourbridge Road. Just before there is Galton Lane. Drag the Street View man to the corner of Galton lane. Rotate the view until you can see an old wooden sign post that says "Hollies Hill". That's the name of the next household on the census form. My guess is that Giles House is somewhere there, or was.
Remember you are looking for a property that is about 150 years old, at least! You could then use a Tithe Map, made around 1840. Also go back to Old-Maps website and, using the Google Map knowledge there is a Giles Farm....
Good luck
Mike
