I wonder why their baptisms are inserted later

I have two Gabriel's in my HALL tree

1 Gabriel b bef 1595

PEDIGREE OF HALL OF CATCLEUGH AND OTTERBURNE
Gabriel Hall esq purchased Catcleugh and Otterburne high sheriff of Northumberland in 1706.  Will dated 26th June = Elizabeth (living in 1726)1727.  Died at Otterburne Castle 24th April and buried at Elsden 28th April 1733 aged 90

BELLINGHAM.
1730, May 23. Release, between (i) John Reed of Bellingham, gent., and Mathew Robson of Woodhouses, gent., of water corn mill known as Belling-rnill, &c. (N., vm, i)   1/34, June 4- Transfer of mortgage, between (i) Martin Hall of Catcleugh, esq. (son and heir of Gabriel Hall, late of Otterburn, esq., deed.) ; (2) Reynold Hall of Newbegin, esq. (sole executor of the will of the said Gabriel Hall, his late father) ; (3) Mathew Robson of Hawkupp, yeoman ; and (4) John Anderson of Newcastle, sadler ; of Tarsett hall, &c., and High and Low Newton in Simondburn parish. (N., vm 2)

1721, Dec. 26. Release (copy), between (i) Matthew Robson of Hawkupp, yeoman ; and (2) Gabriel Hall of Catcleugh, esq. ; of Tarsett Hall and High and Low Newton in Simondburn parish. (N., vm, 3)

1734, June 3- Lease (copy), between (i) Martin Hall of Catcleugh, esq. (son and heir of Gabriel Hall of Otterburn, esq., deed.) ; Reynold Hall of Newbegin (sole executor of the will of Gabriel Hall, his late father) ; and Matthew Robson, of Hawkupp, yeoman ; and (2) John Anderson of Newcastle, sadler ; of Tarsett hall, &c. (N., vm, 4)

[2]  Enoch Hall, esq left his estate by will to his sister Isabel which estates 24th July 17?? were advertised to be sold under a decree of chancery and at that time were worth 422l a year but subject o an annuity of 50l a year to a person 50 years old - ???? ???
[3] Isabell Hall in 175? sold Sto??? to Thos. Hall. The Hill to Wm Hall; Everstone and Netherbouses &c. to Henry Ellison? Of Hebburn Hall co Durham esq.

Still plodding on trying to find a birth (1750-1770) or even a death for my Allen Hall  Now that its getting colder no more trawling round churchyards or taking photos of farms where he had been a shepherd.  May get another trip to Woodhorn without getting lost this time weather dependent.  Hope all on here are well.  :)
