The crest of the 'National Scheme for Disabled Men', indicating the firm's undertaking to employ an approved percentage of disabled ex-service men. Schemes such as the 'National Scheme for Disabled Men', were formed to
encourage businesses to employ, wherever possible, disabled veterans of the First World War (1914 -1918)

The guy top left appears to be wearing "Hospital Blues".

Thank you Treetotal and japeflakes, it is the man top left that I am interested in. If it is who I think it is, he was wounded in WW1 (1918). How old would you say the man top left was? William Buswell (the person I think it was) was born in 1881 so he would have been close to 40 in this photo, does that look about right?

Before reading your comment about date of birth, I was going to say he looked in his thirties, so that would be about right.

Not hospital blues, these are overalls.I would say post WW1.The tiepin was made popular during WW1 by the RFC & became mainstream afterwards & into the 20's.
