Higham by Nayland and East Bergholt Look Up
« on: Saturday 14 April 12 14:04 BST (UK) »
Hi,
I have ancestors Henry Garnham and Hannah Finch who married in Colchester in 1739. It is believed that Henry may have come from East Bergholt. One of their children was born in Higham by Nayland, Mary in 1747. Could someone please check to see if there are baptisms for Henry and/or Hannah in East Bergholt and Higham for 1719C. If possible could you also check both places for any baptisms of their children between 1739-1747?

Many thanks if someone can help.

Sue.

Just to confirm that the only baptism in the right time period at Higham St Mary seems to be that for Mary:
Mary d/o Henry Garnham and Harriet his wife baptised (looks like) June and (possibly) 14th 1747
