Hi am looking for any info about my great uncle Richard Davies and his family, a Collier Hewer. He was born 1876 in Gendros and is shown on the 1911 census residing at number 9, Star Row, Fforestfach, Swansea with his wife Mary (nee Mainwaring) and his two daughters Lizzie (sic) Jane Davies (b 1907), and Beatrice May Davies (b 1910). also residing at the address was his mother my gg grandmother Elizabeth Davies (Lizzie) widow of Evan davies, a collier, she was born 1842. Mary was the Daughter of David and Jane Mainwaring, but after David's death Jane remarried Charles Richards, Mary had a brother Henry who lived a few doors up from Star Row in 1911. Henry and his wife Blodwen had twin Girls Sybil and Annie (b 1911). I would dearly love to find out what happened to Richard, Mary and The girls after 1911.
