Your restraint and maturity are noted, but I just asked that you complain to the website on which you were having trouble, as it is used all the time with no effort...so your problem is an issue you should discuss with them...
BTW I am a freelancer as well, and am not rich...we all have stress in our lives. I think the moderator might want to delete this post as it is going nowhere...
