1851 Census Look Up
« on: Sunday 08 April 12 08:38 BST (UK) »
Could someone be so very kind as to do a Look Up for the 1851 Census  in Perthshire.
I am looking for a ;-

DAVID WATSON , his date of birth is 21st Feb 1836 in Fife, Scotland but I think he would most likely listed at being born in 1837. I also think he would be living in the village of Stanley or near by as I think he worked in the Cotton Mills. If any other Watson are located in this area could I have their details as well.
Thank
Julie

Thank You Ev.

Yes this is my David Watson born 21st Feb 1836 Balgonie, Parish of Markinch, Fife to William Watson and Alison Blakie or Blaikie or Blackie, and yes he married Helen Storrier Blair on the 21st May 1858.

I am most interested to know if he was on the 1851 Census in Perthshire and where, and who he was living with, also what his occupation may have been.

Thank you
Julie
