That is the William that I mentioned above :-)  Now I want to know when his parents were married...I doubt I'll ever really know if their name was Mc Kinzie, McKinsie, or something else. In later census records, the sister of Jane is listed as MacKenzie.

It's not so muchthat they're missing rather that the kind people beavering away traanscribing the registers haven't done those years yet.

It's always possible they married in another church in Liverpool - I have people marrying in St Nicholas and then having all their chidlren christened in st peter. They could have married elsewhere.

True, I should check the other parishes when I get some extra energy :)

I just got out of the hospital after having my appendix burst, so I can only sit up for a while, then I have to lay down again :)
