Looking for families who lived in the tenement buildings in powerscourt during the 20's and 30's.
Dobbins / Cullen / Walsh / Kenny    (Ireland...Dublin)
Ticehurst / Elliott / Reed / Potter / Baulcom / Verrall    ( Sussex)
Spackman / Lighten / Leighton     ( Essex)
Martin / Jukes      ( Kent....Maidstone....Farleigh)

It has electoral lists for 1939-40 available to search for free. Dates might be too late for you though.

I have a facebook page with apprx 10,000 Dubliner's of all ages on it.
