A family tree on ancestry following the Odgers family shows Louisa Jane d/o William Reuben Phillips Odgers and Susan Jane Knuckey was born 07 Nov 1887 Rapid City Manitoba and died 15 Jan 1981 Calgary.  Marriage to William McCartney but no information on him.

The link to the website previously given for the Henderson directories is also a paysite for Alberta obituaries.  Her cost used to be $5.00 per obituary - don't know if it has increased.  She might be able to find the Calgary obituary for Louise which in turn might further your information on William.

He may have actually come in 1905, July 7th, on the ship Bavarian, age 19 headed for Winnipeg...

That one is married in 1911 and a driver for a fruit company so that you can eliminate him in future lookups, like Wpg directories...hmmmmm.....although strangely he now says he is only 24 which would match your man, but immigration still says 1903  http://www.automatedgenealogy.com/census11/SplitView.jsp?id=34965
That's the one married to Florence...FLORENCE BEATRICE BEINES listed as mother of George...

Anyone have him in 1916 as odd he's not showing prior... or could he have been married previously & that is he...??
