Thanks. Hopefully she will.
She hasn't re-visited her post on the other site either.
As I say she's an older lady trying her best to make contact, and despite me trying my best to reach her I suppose that will have to be that.
It is clearly remiss of her to try using Rootschat, and worst of all to fail to complete three posts.

I am new to Rootschat having joined today. Reading through everything (a bit min d boggling!) I read this thread. Does it mean that PM can only used once three posts have been done?

Just one last query when you reply to a PM do you put your user name on sign off or real name?

You have to make 3 posts before the PM system is available to you!
It's to stop spammers, I think.

Anyway, on the left, under each poster's details, is a green scrolly thing.
You click on that to get started!

So now just make another couple of posts. ;D
