Cant find marriage cert McDougall - Fleming

On my grandmothers birth certificate her parents are listed as Duncan McDougall and Catherine McDougall, m.s. Fleming, married in Cambuslang 17th July 1903.  I've found them on the 1911 census but i cant find a wedding certificate.  New to this so would be glad of any help or ideas.  Tried variants, wildcards etc on ScotlandsPeople with no matches
