Will of Samuel MacDonnell on PRONI website mentioned another townland- Curryclare.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Hi,
   I think that the other townland should read CARROWCLARE. What I think is Widgeon Lodge can be seen on Google Maps Streetview. Enter Carrowclare Road, Limavady and follow the road to where it comes to a dead end alongside the railway line. Along this short piece of dead-end road it is possible to see a large house with the walls covered in ivy. This is where Widgeon Lodge is marked on the Ordnance Survey Map.

and possible nearest Presbyterian church would be Myroe Presbyterian - perhaps someone with more local knowledge could confirm this or suggest one nearer:

If Myroe, then it would be worthwhile checking if Coleraine library hold the microfilm of the church records and if they do, perhaps some kind soul in area could check the period in question for birth of Archibald.

Coleraine Library- Myroe Presbyterian Church (box #98)- baptisms 1850-1919 (not in order) & marriages 1845-1917.
