First one looks like Brewers something or other - can't make out other words

The first one says Brewers Carter and the census clerk annotation has catagorised it as "Carme" i.e. carman
The second one is Caretaker. The third on is Cleaner and the census clerk annotation has catorgorised it  as "Char" i.e. Charwoman. All occupations were listed  under standard headings, and this is what they have been catagorised as.
