Grennan / Coghlan /Daly / Molloy in Offaly

Sorry My electricity went off and I couldnt get back on here.  It even sent my last post before I was finished with Grennans.

Back to Alice Coghlan Grennan b. 1881: daughter of Mary Costello and Charles William Coghlan.  Kings County
Brothers: Patrick b. 1876 (lived in New Rochelle, NY) I got that off Alices 1905 emigration
Charles William b. 1886, (Came to US 1901 to be with his uncle Patrick Costello in Manchester, Michigan)
Sisters: Mary Coghlan Morgan b. 1877 (Came to US to be with sister Alice in Massachusets)
Rose Coughlan b. 1885 (Came to US to be with Uncle Patrick Costello in Manchester, Michigan)

So it's really hard to tell where that photo was taken but now I'd have to guess. New Haven or Ansonia, Connecticut because of the Y on the flag. Which probably stands for Yale University.

I thought it was Ireland because of the other men that I thought were brothers in the photo. However, of the 6 Grennan brothers I think only Peter and James were alive and in US at that time. James,Peter. I will put some pictures on here and maybe someone will know who is who.

This is a photo that belonged to James Grennan. (Son of James Grennan and Winifred Daly.)

On the back it just says "My sister and grand son" I dont know which sister it
would be.  Does anyone recognize her?

Mary married to John "Murrough" Molloy
Bridget married to Mehael Grennan (her 1st cousin)
Margaret married to Thomas "Ross" Molloy
Winifred    I dont know if she was married

This photo says  "My sister Maggie Ann on the back"  So this would be Margaret Ann Grennan married to Thomas Malloy. Daughter of Winifred Daly and James Grennan.

Does anyone know more about her?

The only nuns I could find in my tree were: 
Sister Kevin, Therese Grennan, daughter of Edward Grennan and Margaret Grogan.

Sister Fred, Winifred Grennan, daughter of Margaret Grennan and Thomas Molloy. 

Does anyone recognize her? It would be wonderful to have names for these people.  And thank you for looking

This is a photo of James Grennan (seated) and three of his brothers (I think). 
I'm assuming the younger one is Daniel Grennan. Lived in Dublin and worked at a Bakery and did not marry. So if this is Daniel, this photo was taken in Ireland.

The other Brothers would have to be Edward and Peter.  Does anyone know for sure what their names are?  I can only guess.  I suppose they could also be cousins.  The more I learn the more questions I have.
I'm giving them these names by process of elimination because I have been told that :
Joseph was murdered in Derby, CT early in 1897
William Apparently "fell" out of a window shortly before he was to be ordained.
Probably Ansonia, CT about the same time.

Anyone recognize them?

This is a photo of James Grennan (Taller man on left) with another man.  Does anyone know him?  They look like they could be brothers.

I cant tell if this one was in the US or in Ireland
I sure wish I'd have asked these questions 45 years ago.

Regarding the first picture, I see in some Ansonia city directories from around 1903-1910 that there was a Mrs. Emma Shepherd who owned or worked in a confectionery.  Maybe that's the store they're in front of? 

I see a sign on the tree and the window that says Moxie - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moxie - so that seems to fit with a location in New England.

Sorry I didn't answer sooner.  I was out of town.  Right it says MOXIE.  It's on the tree too.  I didnt know what Moxie was.  I even thought maybe on the tree it was ROXIE.  Thank you I appreciate your help. Especially finding the E. Shepherd. I imagine you are right.  It's Connecticut. Now that changes a few people in the photo that I was guessing at.
