The passenger lists seem to have him living in Oakdale & Manhasset, New York from various points in time (the earliest out of the ones I looked at was 1906) and indicate he was staying permanently/indefinitely.  I imagine he should be on some US census records.

All the posts I have seen on Charles James Curtis Leach are several years old, is anyone still looking for information on him? His brother, George Frank Curtis Leach was my Grandfather.

Charles James Curtis Leach was my grandfather’s (George Frank Curtis Leach) brother. His widow, Elsie, visited my parents some time after he died and left his gold watch with my father which I now have. The watch was given to Charles Leach by the American he worked for when travelling between the UK and the USA.
