Rosier of Culford
« on: Monday 05 March 12 17:52 GMT (UK) »
Having got back to Henry Rosier or Rozier born 1720 at Culford can anyone look to see if there are any Rosiers/Roziers in Culford or Ingham before this time.  I assume all such records would be at Bury office.  Many thanks.

Suffolk Burial Index (SFHS) records just 5 Rosier burials - one is probably your Henry:

The earliest being
Charlotte ROSIER buried 13 Jan 1778 age 22

Henry ROSIER 20 Jan 1785 3days
Elizabeth ROSIER 14 Feb 1787 71yrs wife of Henry
Henry ROSIER 9 Apr 1787 67yrs
Robert ROSIER 18 Mar 1845 87yrs

Checked for ROZIER etc but could not see anything else in Culford.

Question - do you happen to know anything about Rosier in Nedham or Wetheringsett?

Hi

A popular Burial Index has 4 burials in Needham Market and 13 in Wetheringsett, are there any in particular you would like to know?

There are no more in Culford on this index either; exactly as Keziah mentioned.

Geoff

to Alisonbutler.  Yes I have quite a bit of detail on the Rosiers and Rozier of Needham Market and a little on Wetheringsett.
Please let me know what your interest is , will try to help.

Hi Geoff.
Am interested in Needham and Wetheringsett so if you have the time could I see both burials. Very much appreciated as I am studying both Rosier and Rozier.
Best wishes
