Hello, can anyone help me to make this picture a bit clearer ? Hopefully take all the dots out,if that's possible?? If that can't be done thankyou for looking. I would be greatfull if you can help ;D Thankyou

POSTEES: If possible, PLEASE, scan your images at 300 - 600 dpi, for both ease of restoration and best results
RESTORERS: Feel free to change/improve/colour any restorations posted by myself.  Acknowledgment would be appreciated.

I tried the Fourier Transform filter and it replaced the dots, with lines.

 :(
