Mysterious lady for dating, clean and colour please

Hi friends,

This photo belonged to my late aunt - unfortunately no-one knows who she is! I can't explain why, but she doesn't look English to me.

The photo is firmly stuck onto a piece of thick brown card and looks as if it has some chopped off the bottom - no writing on the back, so WYSIWYG I am afraid. I hope you might be able to date her from her clothes and hair style please.

If anyone wants to clean and colour her, for their own amusement,  please do, but as I don't know who she is I don't want you to waste your time.
