Looking for any info on Wilfred Bateman and family here in Canada. He was b. 1884 England. Wilfred married Clara Isabel Robinson September 14, 1908 Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.
  I did find them on the 1916 census living in Taber, Alberta with two children; Fred b. March 15, 1909 New Aberdeen, Nova Scotia and Annie Isabel b. 1913 Taber, Alberta. Wilfred's occupation at the time was a miner.
Would like to find where they went from there.
 Clara Robinson family was living there in Taber in 1916, parents John George and Isabella Robinson. Have lost them after 1916.

There is a 1935 Calgary obituary listed for Wilfred Bateman, born abt 1884.  It's part pay site and this obituary costs.  She doesn't seem to charge much and since Alberta is a very hard province to find information in it would probably be worth the money.

From the same site you can search Henderson directories for Calgary.  Wilfred is listed in the 1930 directory, also a Fred.  In 1936 Mrs. Clara Bateman is listed.  You can check the various years for references to this family.

Going to check the Henderson Directories to see if Clara's parents moved there also.
