I did a quick search for COOPER on the Canadian passenger lists arriving here between 1925-1935. The lists end in 1935. There are close to 2000 COOPERS who arrived here in that time span. If you do get more information, I would be more than happy to search further for you!

Difficult without any names but how about this one - slightly earlier than 1930's ?

Amy Cooper. Born about 1888 Stockport. England nand aged 36 years.
Travelling Glasgow. Scotland to Quebec, arriving 28 XXXX 1924 on the Athenia
Date of sailing looks like 15th Sept 1923 on the image. Amy was the wife of John Cooper. Destined to friend Edward Attertons. 82 Robins Avenue. Toronto - to settle. Nearest relative from country whence came was father Edward Marsden, 53 Providence Street, Heaton Morris. Stockport.
