According to the census Lindsley Road was in the Sheriff Hill area of Gateshead.

I have an old A1 street atlas that shows Kents Terrace as a continuance of Larne Crescent adjoining Church Road, parallel with Glynwood Gardens.
It was, I believe, redeveloped, approx 1950 with Council houses.

Go to
http://www.old-maps.co.uk/maps.html?coords=426400,560300
and you can see Kents Terrace on the 1938-1940 1:2,500 map opposite Sheriff Hill Hall.
