he married an Elizabeth Hustler

they had at least one daughter named Sarah Anderson

I am looking for any census record noting their children.
I am looking for Richard's mother's name/maiden name.

Could Richard be born 22nd May 1743 - father Richard (labourer) Pudsey.

The records for Sarah Anderson:
Date of birth 2nd July 1781.
Date registered 10th Aug 1781
Maternal grandfather Joseph Hustler.
Source Pudsey All Saints & St Lawrence Parish Church.

Given the dates of birth of children and date of first census 1841, girls propably married and names changed. (Thats something to look for?)

Hi Brian,
I wondered, I never knew Richard and Elizabeth's marriage date - but thank you for correcting his birthdate.   I think it would have to be the one born in 1743 if the marriage was in 1764.
I did have that website, as we have written to each other before, and used it but must have mistakenly used the wrong richard baptism date......so then is John and Alice still siblings of this Richard??  I figured that Mary Anderson baptised 1750 05 01 must be a sister then.....

Yeah, I wonder if Sarah's siblings are these people then

Alice baptised 1777 09 13
John Baptised 1767 10 08


how are you finding their birthdates....I only found these baptisms....?

I got it now.   I went to that site but never used the database option, I always scanned through the freakin records instead, what a waste of time!!

To me the hard work was getting the initial records, which are being updated to full information.
The database then uses extracted info to produce the info provided.
Hope you are happy with results.
