My computer was second hand so unfortunately I don't know whether it was preloaded.

I have checked my email page and there is no mention of what it is be it outlook express or outlook.

Are you sure you are using either. Seems very strange no mention in the title bar.

What does it say?

This is an Outlook page.  Clicking on help (on yours) will also say what it is.

Okay I think I have got to the bottom of this now.  As downside mentioned earlier on, that outlook express was replaced by windows live mail, I think I was using outlook express like you are Carol.  I do prefer to use outlook express even though it is out of date but for some reason when I was changed to cable the log in was different I could not get back outlook express (using virgin media was virgin.net).  Thanks also for displaying the examples that helped a lot.
