Wife is Susanna Trew m. 2 May 1816 Westminster, Middlesex, England.

I am looking for exact birthdate of John and (Susanna - who may have been born in Malden, Surrey, England)

He supposebly came to America after having all his 9 children, last one was in 1835.  He died perhaps in Brooklyn NY, USA

I am also looking for the parents of both John and Susanna.

In your thread title you mention Norfolk.  Do you think that might be where John GOFF was born?

Yes, John Goff....  born abt 1778 in Norfolk, England.
he was married at Westminister, Middlesex, England at St. Martins in the fields.
