Hi can anyone help me with my quest to look up Alice coates in the worcestershire electoral regs she died in south Littleton Worcestershire on the 23 September 1960 aged 70  Id like to find out where she lived in the area and for how long she had lived in the area for or any info about her . Very few electoral registers from that time period are online.

However, electoral registers are complied by parliamentary constituency, then ward then alphabetical street address.

If you don't have an address to start with, you won't be able to find her.

Have you got an exact address from her death certificate?

Hi Elle

I know that there are some electoral registers in the Worcester History Centre but I think they apply to the City.  Your best bet is to find a definate address where the family were living & hope that some very kind soul takes pity on you & does a look up, but thats providing that the place the family lived have any surviving electoral registers.  You could also try librarys in Worcestershire as they would do a look up for you but be warned it will cost
